Questions, answered.

Which email accounts can I use?

Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, and any provider that offers IMAP. Add as many accounts as you like and read them together in All Inboxes, or one at a time.

Do I need a new email address?

No. VectaMail is an app for the address you already have. Your mail stays with your provider, and anything you do — read, archive, move, delete — shows up everywhere else you check it.

How does the sorting work?

Each new email is read as it arrives and filed into one of ten categories, from Needs Reply to Receipts to Newsletters. You can filter by any of them and reorder the filters to suit you.

Is my email used for advertising?

No. There are no ads in VectaMail, and we don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time from your App Store subscriptions before it ends and you won't be charged.

Is VectaMail on Android or the web?

Both are in active development. Use the “Notify me” buttons above and we'll email you when each one is ready.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings › Profile › Delete Account. Your account, connected mailboxes and calendars are removed from our servers. If you subscribe through Apple, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings too.
